Le Carte was born from a love of gathering, great food, and effortless elegance. What started as a personal passion—curating beautiful grazing tables and charcuterie boards for friends and family—has now evolved into a business that brings a touch of indulgence to Manchester’s most stylish events and a refined catering experience to business meetings.

Founded by Nadine Lewis and Daniel Kelly, Le Carte combines creative flair with industry expertise. With 25 years of business experience, Nadine leads the creative direction, designing menus, styling each cart and box, and ensuring that every display is as visually stunning as it is delicious.

Daniel, a former bakery manager with extensive experience in the food industry, ensures that every aspect of food safety and compliance meets the highest standards. He guides clients from their initial enquiry through to their event, overseeing logistics and ensuring seamless execution.

Recognising a gap in the market for a truly luxe, design-led grazing experience, they set out to create something exceptional—where artisan craftsmanship meets striking presentation.
