What is the minimum number of guests you cater for?
While our standard minimum is set at 40 guests, we understand the needs of smaller gatherings, such as meetings or intimate events. Please get in touch to discuss tailored options for groups under 40.
What is the maximum number of guests you cater for?
Our standard maximum is 100 guests to ensure quality and service, but we can accommodate larger events with prior arrangement. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.We can cater for vegetarian, vegan, kosher, and halal dietary requirements. Please get in touch to discuss your specific needs so we can tailor the menu to suit your event.
Please note we have extra sets of the serving trays specifically for kosher events and we won't mix milk and meat in the cart.

At Le Carte, we take dietary requirements seriously and strive to provide accurate information to ensure your guests' safety. Please review the following important information regarding allergens and dietary accommodations:
Allergen Disclosure
It is the responsibility of the event organiser to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. This includes intolerances, religious dietary needs, or other special requirements.
Due to the nature of our kitchen environment, which handles a wide variety of ingredients daily, we are unable to accommodate special allergen requests. Cross-contamination is a high risk, and we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as celery, cereals containing gluten, nuts, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, or tree nuts.
No Disclosure Policy
If no allergies or dietary requirements are disclosed prior to the event, Le Carte cannot be held responsible for adverse effects resulting from allergens present in our standard menus. It is the event organiser's duty to communicate this policy to all attendees.
Important Notice
While we take every precaution to label allergens accurately and accommodate dietary needs where possible, all food is prepared in a shared environment. As such, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of allergens, including but not limited to nuts, gluten, or dairy.

Equipment & Venue Requirements
Venue Access & Setup Requirements

The client must ensure sufficient access for unloading and setting up equipment.

The designated area must be clean, clear, and safe for our team and guests.

If the venue is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, Le Carte reserves the right to cancel service without refund.

Certain equipment (e.g., carts) weigh over 100kg when fully loaded. If the venue has stairs or restricted access, the client must notify us upon booking.

A standard power supply (normal plug socket) must be available within reasonable proximity to our setup location.
Weather Conditions

If the event is outdoors, the client must ensure suitable shelter is available in case of adverse weather.

If no indoor alternative is provided, the full booking fee remains payable.
Setup and Pack-down:
We require up to 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for pack-down, depending on the event’s requirements.
Space Requirements:
A minimum area of 2x2m is needed to accommodate our cart comfortably.

To ensure our cart remains in pristine condition for all clients:

A £150 refundable damage deposit is required at booking, separate from the event deposit.

The cart will be inspected before and after the event, with photos taken to agree on its condition.

Any damage, including scuffs, chips, or missing items (e.g., wooden boards), will be deducted from the deposit. Missing boards will incur a £12 per board replacement charge.

Deposits will be returned minus any deductions for damage or missing items.
